Your agents help you build.
You decide what is ready.

Turn scattered output from Codex, Claude, and other tools into reviewed decisions and portable handoffs.

From agent output
to a decision you can explain.

Keep your existing tools. Give the review its own workspace.

  1. Gather the evidence.

Start a mission, define acceptance gates, and bring in the output worth reviewing. Keep the work and its supporting evidence together.

    A reviewable record
  2. Make the call.

Review the evidence against your gates. Record what passes, what is blocked, and why. Checklist coverage helps organize the review; your judgment decides.

    A decision with context
  3. Carry it forward.

Export a handoff for the next person or agent. Keep a JSON backup to move your workspace between browsers or return to it later.

Context you can take with you

When the conversation ends,
the context should not.

Release review

Agent says it is done. Bring test results, open questions, and acceptance gates into the same record before you make the release decision.

Leave with
A recorded readiness decision.

Client handoff

Give the next owner more than a conversation transcript. Keep the evidence, review outcomes, and remaining caveats alongside the work.

Leave with
A handoff with the reasoning intact.

Vendor-neutral continuity

Work with Codex today and Claude tomorrow. Bring the output into a separate review record, then take your context to the next tool yourself.

Leave with
A record beyond one agent session.

Your workspace.
Your judgment.

A focused place to review agent-assisted work. Not another agent to manage.

Read the privacy & data notes
Saved in this browser.
Single-user browser storage, not a cloud account. Clearing site data or changing browsers can separate you from your work. Keep backups.
Portable by choice.
Export a JSON backup or a handoff and decide where it goes. No automatic cloud sync, shared team workspace, or direct agent connection.
Review, not certification.
Coverage is a checklist calculation, not proof of correctness. Review receipts record local decisions. Action previews are dry runs; no external execution is enabled.

Before you
open a workspace.

This is a deliberately focused MVP. Here is what to expect.

Does this replace Codex or Claude?

No. NeuralForge sits alongside your coding agents. Bring in the output you want to review, organize its evidence, and export the resulting context. The MVP does not connect to agent accounts, read your conversations automatically, or run agents on your behalf.

What does local-first actually mean?

Your workspace is saved in browser storage for the current site address and browser profile. There is no account or server-side workspace sync. Export JSON backups regularly, especially before changing browsers or clearing site data.

Can I use it offline?

Reviewing already-loaded local work does not require an AI service or remote execution. But opening or reloading the hosted site may still need a network connection. This MVP does not promise a fully installable, reliably offline app.

Does a passed review prove the work is correct?

No. Gates and evidence coverage help you structure a review. They do not independently verify that an attachment is true, certify a release, or replace testing and professional judgment. A review receipt is a local decision record, not an independently signed attestation.

Can I share a workspace with a teammate?

You can export a handoff or JSON backup and share that file yourself. There is no live collaboration, team authorization, or shared cloud workspace in this MVP. Review exported files for sensitive content before sharing them.

Is the MVP free?

Yes. The current local MVP is free to use, with no payment step and no account to create. Open the workspace to get started.

Keep the decisions.
Not just the conversation.

A clearer record for the work you are already doing.
